About Worship Team Development Nights
This semester we’re launching Development Nights—a weekly small group designed to grow and equip our Worship Team.Who’s it for?
All worship team roles—camera operators, creatives, photographers, techs, band, and vocalists. It’s also open to anyone interested in joining the team at an entry level.When?
Tuesdays at 7 PMWeekly Flow:
• 7:00–7:10 – Devotional
• 7:10–8:00 – Skill Training
• 8:00–8:20 – Run-through set (with Sunday’s band)
• 8:20–8:30 – Team HuddleOnce a month: Special Team Night with graduations, celebration, food, games, and worship.The Goal: To grow in skill, community, and confidence so we can serve with excellence on Sundays.Note: Serving on Sundays also requires completing Growth Track.
